This site is on the North Circular Road in Brent Cross, 0.1 miles North West of Brent Cross Underground Station (Northern Line), and 0.7 miles south west of Junction 1 of the M1.

The surrounding area is mainly residential, with a number of schools, and Brent Cross Shopping Centre nearby. The site is between two detached bungalows on Brentmead Place.

The site is a vacant rectangular infill plot of concrete hardstanding and vegetation secured by wooden hoardings. The River Brent lies to the rear of the site. There is a pavement and public highway at the front of the site, along the North Circular dual carriageway.
