A virtual Mini London Marathon means primary schools across the country can take part in the greatest race. The Mini London Marathon will inspire activity, 2.6 miles of running, jogging or walking!

Children who run, jog, walk or push 2.6 miles will receive a unique official Virgin Money Giving Mini London Marathon medal.

Schools will be encouraged to complete the 2.6 miles any time during a two-week window from: Monday 28 September – Friday 9 October

The event is:

• Free to enter for children in primary school 
• All children can take part – run, jog, walk, or propelled 
• Total distance of 2.6 miles (equivalent to three ‘Daily Miles’)
• 2-week window from Monday 28 September – Friday 9 October, so can be completed over multiple days
• Schools register interest and receive digital promotional pack • Schools confirm number of children who completed the distance
• Downloadable running numbers and certificates will be available – official medal for children who complete the distance (45,000 medals available)
• The Mini London Marathon is be open to every child at primary school (children under 11 yrs of age)
