Tree Planting in Alexandra Palace Park
This event is organised by TCV
We will be planting 46 standard sized trees and 800 hedgerow whips to fill gaps in the tree lined avenues in the park, increase the range of species in the arboretum and to replace missing sections of hedgerow on site. We will also be staking the trees and placing guards around the standard trees once planted, installing watering tubes and mulching the ground.

Further Information
NO NEED TO SIGN UP, JUST TURN UP ON THE DAY.
What to Bring
Please wear clothing suitable for the Autumn weather conditions, and a good strong pair of boots, ideally steel toe capped but not essential. We advise people to bring a packed lunch with them if they want to stay out all day; there are cafes located on the grounds and within Alexandra Palace, but it may entail a fair walk from our work site.
Accessibility
Free parking and fully accessible toilets on site. Tree planting sites will require volunteers to walk across some grassed areas to reach the locations.
Finding the Event
