Our Strategic Partners

KnightFrank

Knight Frank has partnered with Climate-KIC, the EU’s main climate innovation agency, and The Mayor of London’s ERDF-funded ‘Better Futures’ programme, to bridge the gap between market demand and the innovative solutions provided by CleanTech SMEs and start-ups in London.

The Demand-Led Innovation Brokerage (DLIB) project’s main aim is to provide organisations that have influence on our built environment, including Local Authorities, the GLA, property developers and investors, managers, housing associations and contractors, with pre-screened high quality low carbon innovations that can help dramatically reduce the CO2 emissions from London’s buildings. We will be running a series of events introducing the Better Futures SMEs to our network of buyers and investors.
