Welcome to teaching in London

A welcome from the Mayor

"We’re open to students and teachers from across the world and I’m proud to be Mayor of a city which welcomes people from all over to live, learn and work”.

London schools are doing a brilliant job in improving opportunities and boosting aspiration for all students. That’s down to strong leadership and great teachers with a strong culture of sharing practice and ideas across the city.
