Many children with low socio-economic background, struggling to read and write. Many do not come in with much language. Identifying by teacher assessment and baseline assessments.

What actions did you take?

Exposure to different aspects of learning, small group interventions, quality first teaching, clubs and trips.

What were the outcomes?

Above national average at KS2 with exceptional progress.
