Question

I welcome your new estate regeneration webpage (https://www.london.gov.uk/what-we-do/housing-and-land/improving-quality/estate-regeneration). Will you add further pages to show a) negative ballots where residents voted against the landlord offer to regenerate the estate, and b) a list of schemes where the GLA has rejected an application for an exemption to its ballot requirement and the reason(s) for these decisions?

GLA investment partners are only required to notify the GLA in the event of positive ballots in order to claim the grant. The GLA may not be informed of all cases where there is a negative ballot and therefore would not have the information to publish.

The GLA will publish details about cases where it rejects an application for an exemption to the resident ballot requirement.
