Can you provide information about all completed previous Affordable Housing Programmes (e.g 2011-15 and earlier), whether delivered by the Greater London Authority or the Homes and Communities Agency (and its predecessors)?

How much funding was made available in total for each programme, and how much grant was offered per home for each type of tenure?
