Listed below is an extract from the Ethnicity Pay Gap report as at 31/03/18, published January 2019. This shows the difference between the average hourly pay of ethnic minorities and of White British people of those GLA employees in scope for ethnicity pay gap purposes. The GLA publishes its pay gap on an annual basis using snapshot data as at March of that year. This data is not broken down by gender as the GLA does not currently calculate its pay gaps in this way.  To note, the average pay has been shown as an hourly amount to align with the figures provided in the pay gap report.
