What consultation did TfL undertake about the change in policy/provision of countdown and alternative arrangements for bus users who do not have access to smart phones or the internet?  What equality impact was carried out prior to introducing changes?

Transport for London’s (TfL) policy and provision of Countdown signs has not changed since 2011-12, when TfL installed 2,500 roadside signs across London. 133 of these were installed in the London Borough of Brent. Therefore, no additional consultations on policy have been carried out.
