Wood Lane Arches - Hammersmith & Fulham;

Bank - City of London;

Southwark Jubilee line station - Southwark;

TfL continues to assess sites across London. The development pipeline is under constant review, and sites are subject to change dependant on feasibility outcomes and commercially confidential negotiations.

I can confirm that TfL is looking to develop sites at Bank, Southwark, Harrow on the Hill, Nine Elms and North Greenwich. TfL is currently assessing potential for commercial and office development at Bank station and Southwark station and is looking at ways it can maximise revenue from existing assets, such as Wood Lane arches and Parsons Green depot.

The number of potential homes and anticipated level of affordable housing provision for the other sites is:

Harrow on the Hill station, Harrow – Approximately 600 homes at 35 per cent affordable (subject to planning)

Nine Elms – Approximately 332 homes at 25 per cent affordable (pre-May 2016 permission)

North Greenwich station, Greenwich – Potential for approximately 600 homes in line with outline planning consent. Affordable housing provision to be determined
