Yes, Transport for London (TfL) has brought these five sites to market. The number of homes TfL anticipates delivering on these sites and the proportion of affordable units each will provide is as follows (subject to planning):

Northwood, Hillingdon - potential for 100 homes, 35 per cent affordable

Blackhorse Road, Waltham Forest – potential for 350 homes, 50 per cent affordable

Fenwick South, Lambeth – potential for 55 homes, 100 per cent affordable

Landmark Court, Southwark – potential for more than 80 homes – 35 per cent affordable housing

South Kensington – this is a commercially led scheme

In addition to these sites, TfL has brought to market sites at Kidbrooke and Limmo Peninsula, as well as 10 smaller sites which have come forward as pilot sites for the GLA’s ‘Small Sites, Small Builders’ programme:

Kidbrooke, Greenwich – potential for 400 homes, 50 per cent affordable

Limmo, Newham – potential for 1,500 homes, 40 per cent affordable

Small Sites – potential for 110 new homes, 63 per cent affordable on average across all 10 sites
