On 29th November 2017 , the Government announced a Competition to run the South-Eastern rail franchise. The Government have decided not to transfer the inner suburban routes to TfL and there appears to be nothing in the franchise documents that would allow such a transfer during the new franchise. Will you continue to make the case to DfT that those Inner suburban routes should be transferred to TfL?
