Transport for London (TfL) provides bus operator contact details so the public can send queries to them directly if they wish. This can be found at https://tfl.gov.uk/modes/buses/who-runs-your-bus. TfL's website also provides its own Customer Experience team details so that customers can contact them. This can be found at https://tfl.gov.uk/help-and-contact/

The bus companies provide contact details for customers so they can handle their queries promptly and refer them to the person best placed to provide a response. TfL has no objection to the operators publishing the contact details of Managing Directors (MDs) and Chief Executive Officers (CEOs).
