Further to your responses to Questions 2017/3858 and 2017/3859, on 1 February 2016, the Mayor's "world leading" Bus Safety Programme stated that: "over the next three months TfL will be updating their bus contracting system and will develop incentives to encourage an even greater focus on safety." https://tfl.gov.uk/info-for/media/press-releases/2016/february/mayor-la… On 10 July 2016 (Question 2016/2455) you stated that changes to contracts had been pushed back to December 2017.
