I have had complaints that TfL's Complaints function on its website is neither easy to find nor easy to use. What can you do to improve this facility?

Transport for London (TfL) welcomes all feedback, and uses it to find ways to improve Previous feedback has resulted in TfL's 'Help & Contacts' page being re-designed to make accessing information easier. A section has been added for escalating a complaint and providing direct access to feedback forms.

TfL will listen to any further feedback and, where possible, use it to improve the function in future.
