Work is currently underway to develop a skills strategy for London.  This will set out my vision for London's post-16 skills and adult education system, including how raising skills levels can contribute to increased levels of employee pay. The strategy will help to inform the skills funding priorities for the Adult Education Budget for post-19 learners, which is due to be devolved to me in 2019/20.
