The December 2016 Transport for London (TfL) Business Plan identifies £850 million in revenue income from using land for property development. How much of that revenue will be derived from the redevelopment of the Earls Court Exhibition Centre site and the Lillie Bridge Rail Depot site and what is the estimated income from these sites for each year of the plan?

No revenue is assumed from either Earls Court or Lillie Bridge Depot in TfL's current Business Plan. Income from Earls Court is assumed to come outside of the current Business Plan period.

No decision has yet been made on the future of the Lillie Bridge Depot, and no development is likely before the mid-2020s.
