We know in some sectors and professions, and there are also far too many Londoners who still don't have the level of pay or security they deserve at work with regard to access to sick pay, holiday pay and other employment rights. I intend my economic fairness team to challenge exploitative business practices and low pay, and to use my new compact with employers to recognise and promote good practice in employment.
