A constituent in Brent has complained that he and other commuters have been chasingĀ  for months TfL, London Overground and Network Rail to get works done related to the damaged wooden barriers of both platforms; mess/rubbish behind platforms (attracting foxes/vermin etc. and damaged and dangerous boarding outside the station posing serious safety issue. Can you get this looked into as a matter of urgency please and get someone to contact me?

North Wembley Tube station is owned by Network Rail, however TfL runs the services and operates the station.

Following an inspection by Network Rail in 2016, it deemed the majority of fencing at the station safe and in fair condition although it will be considered for renewal during the next investment approval cycle after 2017. Network Rail repaired the damaged sections of fencing on the station platforms in October 2016 and were asked to ensure the station is tidy and free of litter. I can confirm that Network Rail have now cleared the litter that you refer to and will continue to keep the area tidy.
