Bus Stop G was removed to accommodate new bus stands, to replace the ones displaced from Vorley Road, as well as a segregated northbound cycle track, as set out in the scheme consultation in 2014.

TfL is working with the London Borough of Islington and other stakeholders to see if one or more of the services using the stands on Archway Road could instead terminate at the Whittington Hospital.  If this can be done, they will also then look at whether a bus stop could be re-introduced at the former location of stop G.
