According to TfL Data, during the first 3 quarters of 2016, 585 people were hospitalised as a result of TfL Bus Collisions, 167 with serious injuries.  Do you know how these people are now, and if not what plans do you have to improve the monitoring of injured passengers?

While we wouldn't want to put pressure on injured people to inform us of their situation following a bus collision, the Sarah Hope Line provides immediate support and assistance with care.

Hospitals are not able to share this information with us to protect the privacy of the individual.
