Question

There is a concern about the accessibility of buses outside Edmonton Green Station.  Despite residents’ efforts for the transport interchange to be reviewed, there has not been any review of the location of bus stops by the station. Will you commit to reviewing the bus interchange with perhaps a site visit and a survey being carried out by TfL?

Yes. TfL will carry out an audit of bus stop accessibility against latest design guidance outside Edmonton Green station by the end of February.

Streets at this location (Church Street, The Broadway and The Green) are the responsibility of London Borough of Enfield and any subsequent works arising from the audit which require alterations would fall to them.

TfL will liaise closely with the borough for a mutually agreeable solution.
