Do you agree that all registered "regular users" should be compensated for the inconvenience they have suffered as well as the extra costs they have incurred during this eight month closure by refunding all journeys on the Barking - Gospel Oak line for at least four weeks when the line fully reopens throughout?

I am sorry for the temporary inconvenience caused by the closure, but the substantial investment being made to the Barking-Gospel Oak Overground rail service will deliver a far better service with new electric trains and double the current service capacity.

Regular users of the line have been offered refunds, or are able to switch to rail replacement buses.
