Defibrillators will be installed in all police stations with a front counter where the public has access. The roll out to the front counters is in conjunction with the machines being placed in police response vehicles.  Buildings with high occupancy levels already have defibrillators in place.

This project is part-funded by NHS England and the MPS is awaiting release of those funds. Once, the finance is received, the roll out will proceed on the basis of four new boroughs having defibrillators installed every three weeks.  The expectation is that the installations will be completed within 6 months.
