Answer for Buses in outer London

There are around 5,000 buses operating outside of the proposed Ultra Low Emission Zone which are below the Euro VI standard.

As part of my proposals for expanding the Ultra Low Emission Zone across the whole of London for heavy vehicles, all buses in the London fleet are to meet or exceed the Euro VI engine emissions standard by 2020.
