Question

A number of London councils are having legal difficulties in registering buildings that are wholly or partly occupied by property guardians as Houses of Multiple Occupation (HMOs) for the purposes of ensuring minimum health and safety standards for residents. Will you call for a clarification of the law relating to buildings that house property guardians, to ensure they are liable to licensing as HMOs?
