Question

Thank you for your letter of the 19th of Jan 2016. You state at the end "TfL will not sign off its investment in the proposals until......there is a robust business case to justify the investment".  Please tell me who is preparing this business case and when will it be made publicly available?

Westminster City Council is working with its consultants Jacobs, to draft the business case for the Baker Street scheme. The business case will first be made available by Westminster City Council in late summer 2016 when its officers report to elected Members on the scheme to seek approval for construction. Shortly afterwards, Westminster City Council will formally submit the business case for TfL to seek approval for its financial contribution to the scheme.
