I have concentrated my time and effort on working with companies to increase the numbers paying the London Living Wage to ensure that more hard-working Londoners are fairly rewarded through their pay.

I am pleased that well over 800 employers are now London Living Wage accredited; this has increased from only 27 in 2008 and has now benefitted around 30,000 Londoners, putting over £60 million back into their pockets.
