In response to 2016/0061 your predecessor made clear the 'high level commitment' Barratt Homes made to connecting to the district heat network at the Felnex site in Hackbridge. Given the GLA's membership of the Beddington Energy Recovery Facility CHP working group, can you confirm whether Barratt's has formally signed this agreement? If not, when do you expect completion?
