In response to my question 2016/0008 you assured us that the Operator for the next concession on this line will be expected to place customer service staff at rail replacement bus stops. This was very welcome. However the line will be closed for 6-8 months later this year. Can you confirm that rail replacement bus services will run during this time and that the stops will be staffed?
