In respect of the West Anglia Line to Enfield Town since May 2015, can you please provide the number of:

a) train cancellations

b) trains with reduced number of carriages.

Since TfL took over the Enfield Town line on 31 May 2015, TfL and its train operator London Overground have been working hard to improve the reliability of train services. Since May, fleet reliability has trebled and the amount of delay minutes associated with the fleet has reduced by 75 per cent. Very few trains are now formed short.

Between 31 May and 8 December, there were 343 fully cancelled services, representing two per cent of the 16,729 scheduled services. There were 138 partly cancelled services (defined as those that operated for more than 50 per cent but less than 100 per cent of their scheduled journey), representing a further 0.8 per cent of all scheduled services.

The number and percentage of peak services to Enfield Town operating with a reduced number of carriages has fallen considerably, as shown in the table below.
