The MPS states that it is fully aware of the CAA requirement, but this applies to commercial operations.

The MPS has 8 members of staff who have completed the initial ground school phase of the training.  3 of these members of staff are currently on the flight operations and assessment course in Wales.  They hope to complete the training by December 2015.
