A list of all 100 junction review locations by borough is provided as Appendix I. Of these, 14 are located in outer London boroughs and 86 are in inner London boroughs.

The criteria for choosing these junctions were: accident statistics, customer feedback, cycle flows, barriers to cycling and potential for cycling growth.

Extensive construction works have already been completed at two of these 14 locations; works to remove the gyratory at Tottenham Hale were completed in late 2014 and a scheme to deliver cycling, pedestrian and urban realm improvements has recently been completed at Collier's Wood.

In addition to the locations featured in the 100 junctions review, TfL are also working on a number of other schemes across London, including in the outer London boroughs. These include major projects such as Fiveways in Croydon where TfL, GLA partners and Croydon Council are developing transport plans to accommodate expected growth and reduce traffic levels on local roads; and Malden Rushett in Kingston, where works to ease traffic congestion were completed earlier this year. Improvements in outer London boroughs are also planned through programmes such as Mini-Hollands and Quietways.
