London Underground (LU) has been carrying out assessments of noise and vibration levels from within properties where complaints have historically been received about the audibility of passing trains. These assessments help to determine how track mitigation work should be prioritised.

Once operational, LU is committed to investigating and addressing any issues regarding noise and vibration on a case-by-case basis, should they arise.
