A wide range of actions are being taken across London:

       68 organisations have signed up to GLA's London Healthy Workplace Charter which is helping Londoners to become more active at work.

       TfL is encouraging Londoners to walk through a range of initiatives including the Strategic Walk Network, Legible London signage system and local projects to improve the urban realm.

       TfL is increasing cycling through a range of programmes including: working with London employers through the Cycling Workplaces Scheme to encourage cycling to work; helping to make cycling safer through the Cycle Superhighways scheme; and providing free cycle training sessions for all ages and abilities.

       The Mayor of London's Mini-Hollands programme is funding three outer London boroughs up to £100m to create safer, quieter and more attractive streets to encourage cycling and walking.
