The design of the roundabout at the northern end of Tempelhof Bridge is a matter for Barnet Council to decide as highway authority. Barnet Council agreed the design when they granted permission for the Phase 1a Reserved Matters Application on 10th September.

The design of this roundabout reflects that it will link M1 traffic coming off the A406 into the Brent Cross development, accommodating not just general traffic but buses and HGVs. Cyclist can use this route but there is an alternative segregated route from the end of the Tempelhof Bridge leading north and to the River Brent via a step free route.
