In total, £3.46m of Local Implementation Plan (LIP) funding has been provided by TfL for Uxbridge Road to London Boroughs of Ealing, Hammersmith and Fulham, and Hillingdon. Please find attached in Appendix M the list of resurfacing works on Uxbridge Road that TfL has funding over the last 10 years, including this financial year (2015/16).

In 2015/16 the London Borough of Ealing has requested and been provided £504k of LIP funding for three sections of Uxbridge Road:

£227,00 - from Windmill Lane to Brentvale Ave (eastbound only) - Jan to March 2016

£126,000 - from Green Drive to Park View Road (westbound only) - Feb to March 2016

£151,000 - from Church Road to Eccleston Road - Jan to March 2016

The sections at East Action Lane, Ealing Broadway and West Ealing Broadway are not on the 2015/16 resurfacing programme. TfL has passed this information to the London Borough of Ealing to inform their selection of future works.

Although TfL provides LIP funding it is the boroughs that decide, using the UK Pavement Management System (UKPMS) condition data, which sections of their network will be addressed by the funding. TfL undertakes a high level review to confirm boroughs are targeting the sections of the network in greatest need.

LIP funding can be supplemented by the boroughs if further works are required.
