Figures requested are not readily available and would require an extensive manual search.

The MPS Directorate of Media & Communications (DMC) follows guidance in issuing press notices in advance of first appearances for officers charged/summonsed with offences alleged to have been committed on-duty.

Additionally, the DMC issues details of officers charged or summonsed in relation to serious offences, or those relating to officer's duties, alleged to have been committed off-duty.

Details of the charges an officer faces are included in such press notices but additional details are restricted by the requirements of the Contempt of Court Act.
