Answer for Met and personal cannabis cultivation

The Mayor

There is no policy or strategy to suggest the MPS will not continue to police 'personal cannabis production'.

We are firmly committed to tackling the harm caused by drugs in the capital which drives crime, damages communities, and can cause significant harm to individuals and their families. By enforcing the law, the Met and partners across London are working hard to stamp out drug crime. The Mayor's Office for Policing And Crime is providing almost £20 million of support for local drug services and working closely with local authorities, health and other agencies to drive rehabilitation and to tackle drug related reoffending.
