TfL already has a large number of railway arches across London many of which are let to occupiers on commercial leases.  TfL's efforts and resources are focused on delivering value from its existing property and it has no plans to commercially acquire railway arches from Network Rail. Where there are opportunities to work jointly on adjoining arches, TfL will always be happy to coordinate plans with Network Rail.
