TfL inform me that 50 junctions will be upgraded for cyclists by summer 2016 as part of the Cycle Superhighway programme. Please list the criteria used by TfL to decide which junctions to include in the 50 and which not to upgrade.

I do not recognise the specific figure of 50 junctions. All significant junctions along the Cycle Superhighway routes will be improved for cyclists where necessary. By summer 2016, TfL will have completed the East-West Cycle Superhighway, North-South Cycle Superhighway, CS1, CS5 (Inner section) and CS2 upgrade, as well as location-specific improvements at junctions along the existing routes, CS3, CS7 and CS8. This will include improvements at over 80 junctions.
