Further to your approval of plans for a new cruise liner terminal at Enderby Wharf, Greenwich -and your recognition of the fact that even the small scale of operation currently proposed may give rise to exceedances of the short term limit for nitrogen dioxide (NO2) - what safeguards are in place to ensure that any future increase in the number of cruise ships visiting this port does not lead to a worsening of local air quality?
