I have received concerns from local residents about the lack of step-free access at Oakwood tube station whilst lift maintenance is carried out between 15th June and 21st July 2015. Can you tell me why it will take 5 weeks to complete maintenance works to a lift which has its own access corridor and has the ability to being worked on during service hours?
