Her Majesty's Inspectorate of Constabulary has raised concerns about the number of vulnerable children and adults who are locked in police cells as a substitute for social and health care. Could you inform me how many children and adults, broken down separately, were detained in the custody of the Metropolitan Police Service in the last two available years?
