wildlife sites, Sites of Importance for Nature Conservation (SINCs) and Metropolitan Sites of Importance for Nature Conservation (MSINCs)?

Yes. The London Wildlife Sites Board (LWSB), which is chaired by the Greater London Authority, has been established to provide that role. The LWSB is referenced in policy 7.19 of the London Plan.
