TfL has carried out a Strategic Transport Study which considered the impact on the transport network of all the proposed development and infrastructure at Old Oak Common.  Within the Transport Study there is a commitment to develop a comprehensive Construction Logistics Strategy. This Strategy will aim to minimise the impacts of construction traffic on the road network and to encourage the use of rail and water transport.  HS2 Ltd is already proposing local road improvements which will provide access to their construction site.

The Construction Logistics Strategy will take into account all the proposed developments at Old Oak Common and will consider all options for improved access including connections to the strategic road network.
