Residents have complained that there are no bus countdown facilities at Oakwood Underground station. Given that a number of people will use these bus stops after getting off the London Underground, will you consider installing countdown signs at this location?

There are no current plans to increase the number of Countdown signs at stops. London boroughs have been offered the option of leasing new signs through S106 funding or alternative private funding streams.

"Digital Sign" and live bus arrival data subscription have also enabled third parties to display on-screen real-time bus arrival information at locations such as shopping centres, schools, libraries and health centres. Should the borough wish to explore these options, a representative can contact [email protected] for further information.

Live Bus Arrival information is also available for all 19,000 bus stops across the network via fixed and mobile web (tfl.gov.uk/buses) and a text message service with at stop information.
