In its London's Economic Outlook (LEO) publication, GLA Economics forecasts employment on an annual basis (not for any particular month). The latest forecast (published in November) states that there were 5.31 million workforce jobs in London in 2013 (that is, jobs located in London whether or not they are taken by residents of London).

This forecast sees annual growth in workforce jobs of 4.5 per cent in 2014, 1.2 per cent in 2015 and 0.7 per cent in 2016.  Such growth over the 2013 to 2016 period would result in an increase of around 340,000 jobs (taking total employment to around 5.65 million in 2016).
