The TfL Business Plan, which has just received board approval, provides a detailed picture of investment plans up to 2020/21 including bus service levels and supporting funding. You can find this at https://www.tfl.gov.uk/cdn/static/cms/documents/board-20141210-part-1-item07-business-plan.pdf. Details on fares and subsidy are outlined on page 79.

TfL will continue to provide London with a high quality bus network and the latest Business Plan confirmed significant additional bus investment.

This year TfL is holding fares at inflation. Fares are reviewed each year as part of the business planning process which takes account of the level of Government funding and reflects the aim of providing bus services as cost efficiently as possible and reducing subsidy where possible.
